17th Foundation Day | Blood Donation Camp 2026 ❤️🩸
As part of the 17th Foundation Day celebrations of KJ Campus, Kashiba Ayurvedic Hospital hosted a successful Blood Donation Camp jointly organized by K.J. Institute of Ayurveda & Research (KJIAR), KJIT, and SB Polytechnic, through the NSS Unit, in association with Indu Blood Bank, Vadodara.
The camp witnessed an overwhelming response, with 75 students, faculty, and staff members registering for the noble cause. Following medical screening, 61 units of blood were successfully donated to support patients in need across Vadodara.
Each donor was provided with refreshments, a rest period, and a certificate of appreciation in recognition of their life-saving contribution. The event reflected the spirit of service, compassion, and social responsibility, reinforcing our commitment to the motto "Growth with Happiness".

World Environment Day 2026 Celebrated at KJIAR, Savli
The NSS Unit of K. J. Institute of Ayurveda and Research (KJIAR), Savli, organized a series of activities under the Mission LiFE – World Environment Day 2026 Campaign to promote environmental awareness and sustainable living.
- 16 May 2026: A Community Cleaning Drive (Swachhata Abhiyan) was conducted in Savli village, where NSS volunteers and students participated in plastic waste collection and cleanliness awareness activities.
- 03 June 2026: An Environmental Pledge Ceremony was organized, during which students and faculty pledged to protect nature and adopt eco-friendly practices under the theme “Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.”
- 04 June 2026: A Vriksharopan (Tree Plantation Drive) was carried out in the campus herbal garden and green zones, promoting biodiversity conservation and environmental stewardship.
The activities witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and NSS volunteers, reflecting KJIAR's commitment to environmental protection and the Ayurvedic principle of harmony between human health and nature.
Awareness Program on World No Tobacco Day 2026
The NSS Unit, K. J. Institute of Ayurveda & Research, Savli, in association with the Department of Agada Tantra and Department of Swasthavritta & Yoga, observed World No Tobacco Day 2026 on 30th May 2026 through an awareness session and pledge-taking ceremony.

Participants were sensitized about the harmful effects of tobacco, its impact on health, and the importance of adopting a healthy, addiction-free lifestyle through preventive healthcare and Ayurvedic principles.
🤝 No Tobacco Pledge
NSS volunteers and faculty members pledged to abstain from tobacco use and to spread awareness among their families, friends, and communities for a tobacco-free society.
Together, we reaffirm our commitment towards a healthier future and a tobacco-free India.

Free Medical Camp
Free medical camp was conducted at Natvar nagar on 9th February 2022 from 10 am to 12 pm near by the college campus. A total of 23 people got benefited. Expert doctors from k j institute along with students examined the patients.
Free medical camp was conducted at Sisodiyapura on 18th February 2022 from 10 am to 12 pm near by the college campus. A total of 51 people got benefited. Expert doctors from k j institute along with students examined the patients.
Free medical camp was conducted at Bhadarva on 24th February 2022 from 10 am to 12 pm near by the college campus. A total of 55 people got benefited. Expert doctors from k j institute along with students examined the patients.
Free medical camp was conducted at Mall ankeeliya on 25th February 2022 from 10 am to 12 pm near by the college campus. A total of 56 people got benefited. Expert doctors from k j institute along with students examined the patients.
NSS Fit India
NSS Fit India - Freedom run Programme organised as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on
14/08/ 2021, to promote importance of Health and Sport.
All the students and faculty participated enthusiastically.
